Frequently asked

Do you pay referral fees or share fees?

No. The client engages and pays Ulyx Advisory and its counsel separately, under separate engagement letters. There are no referral payments in either direction.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do, for everything legal. We route every legal question to you and work against the obligation checklist you set. We do not provide legal advice, and we tell the client that in writing.

Can our firm direct your work?

How the engagement is structured, including whether we work at your direction, is your decision. We will structure our engagement letter to fit.

What if my client needs work outside MODPA?

We also deliver AI governance, internal controls, audit remediation, board governance, and records programs on the same model: operational build by Ulyx, legal determinations by counsel.
